Westside FAQ

- Are There Age Restrictions for The Venue?

Westside Blues, Jazz and More is considered an all ages venue, however we must comply with local liquor laws. Maricopa County specifies any minor patrons under the age of 18 may attend while accompanied by a parent or guardian and ANY AND ALL patrons under the legal drinking age of 21 are only permitted until 10pm, at which time the venue is specifically 21 and over.

- What are Your Normal Business Hours?

Our hours of operation vary per show, with doors opening an hour to an hour and a half before showtime and we close up once music ends. Each event includes the showtime on the specific event page and on emailed tickets.

- When Are Open Bar Hours / When Can I Come in Just to Drink?

Westside is specifically a live music and performance venue and is not open for general bar hours. Each night is a ticketed event with a two drink minimum per person and 20% auto-gratuity on all tickets.

- I Can't Make The Show, Can I Get A Refund/Exchange?

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In the event Westside Blues, Jazz and More cancels or reschedules a ticketed show refunds will automatically be issued to all ticket holders on their original payment method. This policy aligns with live music and performance venue industry standards.

- I Won Free Tickets!

Awesome! Free tickets won at our giveaways are valid for General Admission seating at normal shows by the expiration date listed on the ticket. To use your free tickets just present your voucher at the door. Unfortunately free tickets are not valid for Special Events.

- Large Groups & Private Parties

Celebrate with us! We happily welcome large groups and private parties. When a group of tickets are purchased together via our ticketing platform we will automatically seat a party together, when tickets are purchased separately just reach out and let us know. For a group of six or more tickets need to be purchased in the same ticket type (i.e. Premium OR General Admission) in order to request specific seating together. - Is There a Dress Code?

Come as you are! Obviously we've got to adhere to local restrictions (no shirt, no shoes, no service!) and to maintain a welcoming environment for everyone, please refrain from wearing attire with offensive, political, or gang-related messaging. Otherwise we absolutely encourage patrons to dress up, dress comfy, or anything in between, but most importantly...have fun!

- I Want to Play at Westside! Booking & Entertainment at Westside Blues, Jazz and More

Musicians of any expertise, from professionals to weekend warriors, are welcome and this gives us the opportunity to meet you in person and connect in a meaningful way.
